Graham
Valentine
Graham Valentine is the Co-Founder of Armarda International
Inc. He is also the Chief Executive Officer and the Executive
Director of the Armarda Group. At the International University
in Geneva, Switzerland, Graham was the Professor of International
Business, and Government and Business. He had also held
positions in Sales and General Management at a national,
European and worldwide level with the Hewlett-Packard Company.
Throughout his career, Graham Valentine has demonstrated
an ability to identify opportunities to create value, and
develop and motivate outstanding teams and exceptional individuals.
He has successfully developed and managed businesses in
the UK, Europe, Asia-Pacific and North and South America,
and developed many distribution channels for a wide range
of high technology products and services.
Graham is also the Creator and Director of the International
Management Challenge, an acclaimed senior management development
program sponsored by Hewlett-Packard and Raleigh International.
He also founded the HP UK Sales Training School.
Graham is currently on the advisory boards of Telemis S.A.
and IR Microsystems S.A., and holds an MBA from IMD Switzerland.
FELICIA
CHOY
Felicia Choy is the Chief Executive Officer and Co-Founder
of Armarda International Inc. She is also the Chief Operating
Officer of the Armarda Group.
Felicia has over 25 years of international management experience
in the IT industry, including a successful career with Hewlett-Packard
spanning 18 years. Her last held position was General Manager
for the Asia Pacific Complementary Products. She has also
held various management positions with other Fortune 500 MNCs
such as Nortel and Rolm Corporations, developing successful
businesses and talented teams. Throughout her career, Felicia
has built and grown profitable businesses and developed high-potential
and results-oriented teams.
Felicia has a proven track record in creating new businesses,
developing new markets, establishing distribution channels
and improving productivity and profits. She has built strong
and effective international teams in Asia, Europe and the
US, and demonstrated her motivational leadership skills, earning
her considerable recognition.
Felicia has extensive experience in leadership, management,
sales and marketing development programs. She is a member
of the American Management Association, and holds a Bachelor
degree in Computer Science from the University of California,
Berkeley.

JENNY DIXON
Jenny Dixon is the Armarda International Director with responsibility
for Australasia. A motivated and energetic executive with
17 years’ hardware, software and consulting experience in
the IT industry, Jenny has built and managed successful
businesses to source and supply third-party hardware and
software as part of a total solution. She has also held
senior Marketing & Product Marketing positions in Fortune
500 companies such as Sterling Software and Lucent.
Jenny is a people-oriented manager with strong negotiation
skills, and has been instrumental in establishing many successful
business partnerships and alliances with vendors and suppliers
internationally.
Jenny holds a Bachelor Degree in Arts from the University
of Sydney.
ONIEL JUANG
Oniel Juang is the Armarda International Director with responsibility
for Greater China. A senior professional with 17 years’
MNC regional experience in the IT industry, Oniel has managed
business units across Asia Pacific to exceed business targets
of US$150million.
Oniel is a highly energetic and motivated self-starter.
He has the ability to develop and establish an efficient
and highly productive work force, seek out sound business
opportunities, and has special strengths in people development
and motivation.
Oniel holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Computer Science
from Tam-Kang University, an MBA from Taiwan University
and a Masters Degree in Management Science from Baker University
of Kansas.
DOMINIC SO
Dominic So is the Senior Consultant for Armarda International.
With over 30 years of experience in the IT and Financial
Services industries, Dominic has held senior management
positions with major international corporations such as
IBM, Unisys, Tandem NCR, and Data General, with portfolios
covering Hong Kong and North Asia. He was also a Senior
Manager with New Orient Business Systems, a system integrator
in China. Most recently, he was the Asia Pacific Sales Transformation
Manager for IBM where he played a key role in the development
of the IBM Asia Pacific sales force.
Dominic has an impressive track record of growing and developing
businesses. He is a firm believer in achieving growth by
developing the people who are part of his team.
EDWARD
TONG
Edward Tong is the Armarda International Director with responsibility
for Singapore. An experienced executive with over 20 years
of international experience in the High Technology field with
Fortune 500 companies and the Australian government, Edward
has, over the past 6 years, been responsible for identifying
new business opportunities and managing the transformation
of these opportunities into highly profitable businesses across
Asia Pacific.
Edward is a true international manager, having travelled extensively
around the globe and worked in Singapore, Hong Kong and Australia.
He has a true sense of appreciation of cultural differences
across boundaries with excellent inter-personal skills in
building close networks.
Edward holds a Bachelor Degree in Computer Science from University
of Western Australia and an MBA from University of Technology,
Sydney.
